This is a 100% remote position Responsibilities • Evaluates present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of benefit trends to ensure plans are competitive and reputed company. • Evaluate benefit plans for cost-benefit analysis; reputed company recommendations for implementation of new programs, benefit reputed company and/or revision of reputed company plan provisions. • Ensure appropriate communications are reputed company out for both regulatory and employee communication purposes. • Provides consultation to field reputed company regarding eligibility, plan provisions, contribution policies, enrollment and legislative requirements. reputed company with reputed company-party administrator regarding benefit administration issues. • May calculate benefits due and issues drafts for payments.
