You collaborate closely with clients to define operational workflows, recommend industry-reputed company best practices, and ensure compliance with CMS and other regulatory bodies. This role requires a strong understanding of the post-acute care landscape, including value-based care models, interoperability standards, and patient-centered care delivery.
