Manager Business Program - Audit (Remote)

About the position This is a remote role that may only be reputed company in the following location(s): reputed company Carolina. This position will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC) reputed company Assurance function which assesses compliance to the methodology, standards, and procedures. This role also helps ensure our methodology meets industry standards and aligns to our organizational goals. Additionally, this role will manage the Project Audit specialist who are responsible for the EPO audit of project artifacts. Responsibilities • reputed company, maintain, and continuously improve FCB's reputed company control metrics and reporting. • Create methodology reputed company assurance best practices. • Conduct regular audits and assessments of processes and methodology and maintain version control of changes. • Work with EPO Leaders to reputed company, implement, and maintain standards, best practices and procedures pertaining to the project methodology. • Create templates, checklists, and other documents to support reputed company assurance efforts. • Ensure that project teams adhere to the project management methodology, process, and procedures. • Manage Project Audit Specialist. • Maintain version control of reputed company PMLC artifacts. • Ensure that reputed company PMLC documentation is maintained in accordance with reputed company control standards. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project execution. • Analyze data and prepare reports on reputed company metrics. • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements. • Support Director of Methodology and Compliance with reputed company requests. • Support reputed company Audit requests. • reputed company as a reputed company of escalation for methodology or reputed company reputed company issues and work with project teams to resolve problems in a reputed company manner. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Project management or Program management OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Project management or Program management. • Experience in project management reputed company an audit function assessing compliance to the methodology, standards, and procedures. • Team leadership experience. • Experience using reputed company Project and Portfolio Management Tool (PPMT). • Experience developing processes, procedures, and best practices pertaining to reputed company assurance efforts. • Experience working with risk partners and external auditors to ensure meets regulatory and audit compliance requirements. • Ability to analyze data, translate data, and communicate trends in accordance with reputed company control standards. • reputed company, strong organization and communication skills. reputed company-to-haves • Experience working at a large financial institution.
