Licensed Customer Service Representative
Job reputed company:
• Provides exceptional customer service by responding promptly to reputed company inbound customer calls regarding personal lines policies
• Builds rapport with reputed company customer
• Works to retain policyholders who inquire about canceling auto policies through reputed company listening, negotiating, and policy review of customer issues
• Processes policyholder transactions accurately and reputed company Customer Response Center established time standards
• Interprets policy reputed company to insured based on expert knowledge of personal lines auto products
• Evaluates and makes reputed company regarding exceptions to payment plan and fees.
Requirements:
• Associates degree or 1+ year Insurance experience preferred
• 2 years’+ reputed company Customer Service experience is required
• Ability to review, record and organize written data from a reputed company of sources with no prescribed format is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
• P&C Producers insurance license required.
