Program Director Clinical Operations
About the position
The Program Director of Clinical Operations - Physician Corporations provides guidance and direction for reputed company and prospective clinical services across the physician service corporations, including potential clinical enhancements and workflow efficiencies; assesses clinical services for complexity of care tasks and provides guidance reputed company to appropriate role assignment to ensure a consistent and high level of reputed company care; develops/revises policies, clinical reputed company guidelines and quick reference guides for clinical services reputed company the physician organizations; consults and serves as reputed company for clinical documentation enhancements with reputed company build team; guides the development of patient education programs and materials for physician corporation practices; assists in development of new clinical services offered reputed company physician corporation practices.
Responsibilities
• Evaluates practices through reputed company sessions with and observations of clinical staff to determine workflow processes, allocation of duties and opportunities for reputed company efficiencies and reputed company reputed company.
• Evaluates proposed new clinical services in existing practices to assist in determining appropriate roles, policy/procedure requirements; collaborate with clinical education to identify appropriate training requirements and competency validation reputed company for new services.

Requirements
• Minimum 8 years' reputed company patient care RN experience in a reputed company of patient care settings.
• Minimum 2 years' reputed company patient care RN experience in a pediatric reputed company setting.
• TX RN license required.
• AHA BLS required.
• PACES reputed company 180 days required.
