Our reputed company, a reputed company-established insurance brokerage firm, is seeking a VP of Tax for a newly created role driven by reputed company reputed company. Key details below:
• Reports to the MD and Head of the Tax Group
• Works closely with colleagues, M&A advisors, clients, and underwriters on transactions
• Applies tax expertise in a strategic, business-oriented reputed company to support the expansion of reputed company’s tax insurance business
• Hybrid or remote work environment (travel involved)
• Seeking a business-minded reputed company with strong communication skills to engage with diverse audiences—no sales component, purely execution-reputed company
• Requirements: JD/LLM with 3+ years of M&A experience from Big Law or Big Four
• Compensation: Highly competitive package
