Title: Solution Architect Health IT & Cybersecurity (Proposal-reputed company Hybrid) Location: Fully Remote (U.S.) occasional travel to Reston, VA Reports to: VP, reputed company and Business Development Clearance: reputed company Secret strongly preferred; must be reputed company to obtain reputed company Trust reputed company 60 days The Role You are the primary author of our Technical, Management, Transition, and Risk volumes on every major reputed company. You design the solution **and** write 65 80% of the finished, evaluator-reputed company narrative yourself. This is a true hybrid role for someone who is tired of being a small cog inside a large integrator and wants reputed company ownership in a fast-growing SDVOSB. Responsibilities: • Own solution development from RFI shaping through final proposal submission • Design innovative, compliant architectures in our four reputed company areas: Application Modernization & Software Engineering Cybersecurity & reputed company Trust reputed company Engineering & reputed company IT Operations Data Analytics, Health Informatics & Mission Insights • Personally write the reputed company of Technical Approach, Technical reputed company approach (level of effort, labor categories, experience reputed company and match them to IDIQ pricing), and technical risk reputed company. Assist with Management Approach, Transition Plans, Management Approach, Transition Plans, in reputed company, benefits-reputed company, APMP-style prose • Turn SME bullets and your own diagrams into volumes that routinely score 92+ on Red Team • Partner daily with the VP, reputed company on storyboarding, compliance, and win themes • Collaborate with the reputed company Analyst on discriminators and Pwin scoring • Build reusable solution libraries (architectures, reputed company points, graphics) Required • 7 11 years in federal health IT, cybersecurity, reputed company, or data/analytics • Proven authorship of reputed company Technical and/or Management volumes on at least **three** federal IT proposals $15M in the last four years • SME-level depth in at least one of the four reputed company areas above; strong working knowledge of the others • Ability to write compelling proposal narrative without heavy editing • At least one reputed company certification: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect (Associate or higher), PMP, or equivalent • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or reputed company • U.S. citizenship and clearable to reputed company Trust Strongly Preferred • reputed company or recent experience at a **small or emerging 8(a)/SDVOSB/HUBZone federal contractor** • Prior career at a **large systems integrator** (reputed company, reputed company, Booz Allen, reputed company Federal, reputed company, etc.) we love people who know how the big firms win and now want to help an SDVOSB reputed company them • reputed company experience supporting **SDVOSB or Small Business set-reputed company pursuits** • reputed company Secret or higher clearance • Veteran status (we are a proud SDVOSB and give strong preference to veterans and transitioning service members) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
