As a Senior Maker, you will be responsible for leading the creation of intelligent games and experiences based on Disney's vibrant portfolio of characters and universes. You will work closely with our team of creation leads to design and develop a rich and immersive experience that is truly "Disney."Key Responsibilities As a Senior Maker, you will be responsible for: * Leading the start-to-finish creation of multiple intelligent games and experiences based on Disney's vibrant portfolio of characters and universes * Acting as a central point of contact, issue solver, and head team member within blithequark, providing critical guidance and direction on the development of the project across multiple IP groups * Engaging with internal and external partners, including other creation leads, to plan, direct, and track progress across the entire experience * Reviewing all creation resources, including content plans and guides, designs, staffing plans, and budgets, to ensure they are well-organized and practical, and serve the overall project * Encouraging the creation vision for the project within blithequark, working with internal partners to bring our content to life within the game * Providing guidance and insights to key partners on the experience, creation of the intelligent games, and Disney Scholarly Properties * Driving the completion of objectives and working with communication, collaboration, and accountability across the team * Continuously improving and refining creation practices over time * Rallying a diverse team of flexible groups to achieve their best, while having a blast along the way!Required Capabilities and Abilities To be successful in this role, you will need: * 7 years of experience explicitly in item development/creation of Console/Portable/Computer games or other entertainment * 3 years of experience in managed teams * Experience in transporting multiple portable, console, or potentially computer games with live activities parts * A wide and deep understanding of the art and science of excellent game development, including experience with different systems, tools, and how to structure creation to support a team's assets and work process * Success in cooperating and teaming up with key partners - building positive relationships, figuring out through testing issues, and reaching agreement to achieve extraordinary things * Claimed the creation and delivery of a successful AAA live-worked game in a Senior creation job and have experience with delivering items on different gaming stages * Exhibit remarkable development information and judgment; experience directing a compelling vision to the real world * Rouse enthusiasm and imagination in others with persuasive and steady administration * Appreciate inventive critical thinking, dealing with one of a kind development difficulties, and building something new and creative * Worth and regard the work of each designer and skill to unite different development disciplines to make astounding encounters * Can organize complex development streams into fresh perceptions that give clearness on status, progress, and likely arrangements * Esteem constructing a comprehensive and positive group culture and appreciate coaching and developing other creation leads * Know how to push past apparent limits and constraints, never losing site of the higher perspective and extreme objectiveFavored Capabilities • Experience with Lithe and Scrum SystemsEducation • A Four-year certification or comparable blend of schooling and experienceWhat We Offer As a Senior Maker at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work on a new and exciting project that will revolutionize the way we interact with our customers.
