Due Diligence Securitization Analyst
The Due Diligence Securitization Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Securitization Manager on reputed company aspects of Securitization and Reliance letter transactions. In this role, the Securitization Analyst will also support Transaction Managers and Operation Managers with tasks required on loans reviewed by the Due Diligence for the purposes of securitization or acquisition.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Help generate, compile, and review securitization reports
• Review and reputed company responses on loan level data reputed company questions from clients
• Review loan files and research inquiries from clients and/or counterparties
• reputed company orders for secondary products as requested
• Work with Securitization Manager and Transaction Managers to help prepare required documentation and reporting for loans being sold on reliance or in a securitization
• Assist Securitization Manager on managing timelines for reputed company securitizations in pipeline
• Assist with the delivery of documents, reports, and applicable materials to clients and counterparties
• Assist with compilation of reputed company reputed company reports as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education and Experience:
• Computer Skills: strong background with the use of computer programs used to manufacture or review mortgage loans and reputed company knowledge of reputed company Office product suite.

• Strong written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred in business, economics, statistics, or reputed company field of study.
