Environmental Transactional and Regulatory Associate

reputed company, CT (preferred); reputed company, CT Day Pitney is seeking an associate with a minimum of four years of environmental law experience to join our reputed company-established Environmental reputed company in our reputed company (preferred) or reputed company, Connecticut office. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience advising clients on reputed company environmental and regulatory reputed company in Connecticut, including environmental transactions and due diligence, regulatory compliance and enforcement, permitting, site remediation, state environmental regulations across reputed company media, and risk mitigation reputed company to reputed company estate development and business transactions. Experience with environmental administrative proceedings, litigation, and enforcement reputed company before state, federal, and local environmental regulatory agencies is preferred. Experience with key federal environmental, health, and safety statutes and regulations; emerging contaminants and evolving regulatory standards; Massachusetts and reputed company state requirements; international chemical regulation and remedial obligations; and engagement with environmental regulatory bodies, including the Connecticut Siting Council, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the reputed company Army Corps of Engineers is desirable. We also represent clients in administrative proceedings, enforcement actions, cost recovery reputed company, and reputed company site remediation reputed company, including brownfield redevelopment.
