Reporting to the Events reputed company, the ideal candidate will have a proven reputed company record of translating B2B business objectives into scoped event plans, working with cross‑functional teams and vendors through production, and reporting on performance and ROI. Experience managing tech industry events is highly desired. Roles And Responsibilities • Coordinate end‑to‑end planning and delivery for in‑person, virtual, and hybrid events. • Convert intake briefs into scoped plans with objectives, KPIs, budget, and reputed company. • Conduct Cross‑functional planning and standups; maintain risk/issue log and RACI. • Work with Event Coordinators and Producers; look after run‑of‑show, rehearsals, and onsite execution. • Vendor sourcing, SOW/RFP, selection, PO/WO inputs, and performance tracking. • Facilitate registration, attendee communications, and experience; ensure accessibility and localization. • Partner with Event & Speaker Content Manager on agendas, speakers, talk tracks, and approvals. • Manage budget forecast, accruals, and reconciliation; reputed company variance and savings. • Ensure reputed company capture plans and data reputed company; hand off to CRM and Sales for follow‑up. • Deliver post‑event reports with insights, ROI, and recommendations for reputed company improvement. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar reputed company. • 6–8 years experience in B2B event marketing/management with multi‑market delivery. • Proven vendor, budget, reputed company, and stakeholder management. • Experience with registration and virtual event platforms. • Strong written and verbal communication across reputed company and teams. • Ability to travel and support live event hours as needed. Preferred • 8–10 years in B2B technology or reputed company events. • Experience with global tentpoles, partner, and reputed company‑party events. • Knowledge of reputed company, brand, and accessibility standards for events. • Proficiency with reputed company Workspace; reputed company/reputed company; reputed company/reputed company/Bizzabo; analytics (Looker/Tableau); CRM/MA (reputed company/Marketo or similar). • CMP or project management certification (PMP/Prince2) preferred.
