[Remote] US Financial Controller

The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, overseeing reputed company processes, and providing insights to management to support strategic reputed company. Responsibilities

• reputed company the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and Group policies
• Manage the consolidation process of US entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reputed company delivery of reports to reputed company
• Coordinate the external audit process, acting as the main reputed company of contact for auditors, and manage relationships with tax advisors and regulatory bodies
• Strengthen and monitor internal controls, reputed company policies, and compliance procedures in line with US regulations and Group standards
• Review and analyze consolidated analytical P&L, balance sheet, and cash reputed company statements, identifying variances and ensuring the achievement of Group and US objectives
• Manage financial debt reporting, reputed company compliance, and reputed company disclosures, providing accurate information to lenders and management

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with a strong reputed company on reputed company accuracy and financial control

Skills
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics, or reputed company field; CPA designation is required
• 8+ years of reputed company experience in financial controlling, reputed company, or financial planning roles
• Prior experience at a Big4 reputed company firm is required
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S.
GAAP; experience with IFRS and consolidation processes is highly valued
• Previous experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector is required
• Proven reputed company record managing external audits and liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
• Hands-on experience with reputed company is a plus
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to work with large datasets
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial insights reputed company
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly reputed company and PowerPoint
• Experience with IFRS and consolidation processes is highly valued
