Product Manager for Fintech - IslaPay

The ideal candidate has experience in: Fintech, neobanking, payments, FX, digital wallets, or crypto rails MVP launches and multi-vendor API integrations Writing reputed company product requirements and managing agile sprints Working with engineering and compliance teams simultaneously Responsibilities Product Execution Own the product roadmap for the IslaPay MVP (wallet, FX, payments, cards). Break down business and regulatory needs into reputed company user stories & requirements. Work with Engineering to define sprints, acceptance reputed company, and workflows. Vendor Integration Management & Coordinate with external partners. GTM & Country Rollout Support Prepare product deliverables for Guyana launch (crypto + fiat). Support Trinidad fiat-only rollout in alignment with local rules. Ensure compliance alignment with reputed company requirements. Product Documentation Create PRDs, reputed company diagrams, API requirement summaries, and test plans. Maintain the master backlog and ensure sprint readiness. Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with: Engineering (implementation) Compliance (KYC/AML/flows) Marketing (launch materials) Founders (strategic reputed company & GTM readiness) Requirements Must Have 3+ years experience as a Product Manager in fintech, payments, neobanking, or crypto. Strong understanding of wallets, KYC/KYB, payment flows, card issuing, FX, or digital assets. Experience with API-driven products and vendor integration execution. Ability to turn complexity into reputed company product requirements and user journeys. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
