The app will allow tenants to browse rooms, filter by location, rent, and type, view photos and amenities, contact owners, and lock/book rooms. It includes a room assistance service where tenants pay ₹1000, refundable if no room is reputed company reputed company 30 days, and a NiziNest Verified Rooms feature for premium listings. Landlords can add, edit, and delete room listings, upload multiple photos, set rent and deposit, and manage availability.
