[Remote] Secondary Market Analyst - Capital Markets

They are seeking a Secondary Marketing Analyst responsible for registering reputed company lock information, selling loans to investors, and providing reputed company reports to management. Responsibilities • Issue daily pricing • Confirm and accept locks from reputed company channels (retail, wholesale, Consumer reputed company) • Monitor and reputed company changes to locked loans and reputed company adjustments • Understand and communicate investor policies and requirements • Register loans with State Bond Agencies • Manage pipeline reputed company lock policy to ensure profitability in reputed company market conditions • Other duties as assigned Skills • Use of financial/ qualitative data • Analyze issues and implement solutions • Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task • Strong communication skills • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience • Experience in secondary marketing and knowledge of the mortgage business preferred or equivalent • Finance reputed company internship experience a plus and/or a passion for Finance/Capital Markets • MS Office suite – strong reputed company skills a plus • reputed company & Encompass experience a plus reputed company • Since our inception in 1970, reputed company Home Mortgage has guided hundreds of thousands of aspiring homebuyers through the process of achieving homeownership.
