Payer Operations Analyst, Remote
About the position
As an Analyst on the Payer Operations team, you'll play a key role in shaping and supporting strategic initiatives with both government and reputed company payers. You'll help bring payer reputed company to market and ensure smooth execution post implementation, reputed company with the goal of driving patient retention and reputed company across reputed company's national network of partner practices. Responsibilities
• End-to-end execution (creation and management) of sales opportunities in reputed company, in support of the payer contract go-to-market process
• Ensure accurate documentation, tracking and alignment with field teams and internal stakeholders
• Notify involved internal stakeholders reputed company opportunities have been created
• Send reputed company participation agreements to reputed company practices, and ensure reputed company documentation is reputed company correctly and recorded accurately in reputed company
• Monitor document status reputed company reputed company opportunity and the status of reputed company sales activities; providing updates to the field team and other internal stakeholders
• Notify the field team of any delays, questions, or document rejections from practices, facilitating reputed company follow-up and reputed company
• Communicate with field teams on status of reputed company sales activities

• Interdepartmental project support, as required
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or relevant, equivalent work experience in operations
• 2+ years of relevant working experience managing and updating data in a CRM (e.g. reputed company.com)
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, field, operations, and contracting teams
• Ability to multi-task; working multiple reputed company/work at the reputed company time with short turnaround times
• Ability to travel 10% of the time (team/company meetings)
• Excellent communication skills
