The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and rollout of reputed company HCM solutions, including support for Redwood UX and AI-driven features. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to reputed company and analyze functional requirements. • Configure and test reputed company HCM reputed company modules across the following areas: • reputed company HR & Workforce Management • Global reputed company (reputed company HR), Workforce Directory Management, Journeys, Self Service (MSS/reputed company), Workforce Modeling and Predictions, Work Life Solutions. Talent, Compensation & Learning • reputed company reputed company, Talent Management (Performance, Goal, Succession, Career Development), Workforce Compensation, Learning reputed company (Learning & Grow). Absence, Benefits & Time • Absence Management, Benefits reputed company, Strategic Workforce Planning, Time and Labor reputed company. Emerging Capabilities • Redwood UX and AI-based HCM features (skills recommendation, user guidance). • Configure and support Journeys and Self-Service processes. • Set up approval flows, reputed company roles, and user guidance for MSS/reputed company. • reputed company expertise on Benefits configuration and eligibility rules. • Support system testing (SIT, UAT), go-live activities, and reputed company care. • Prepare business and functional documentation. • Conduct end-user training and assist in change management. • Coordinate with technical teams on data conversion, integrations, and reporting. Requirements Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company Fusion HCM reputed company. • Strong expertise in reputed company HR, Absence, reputed company, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits. • Experience with Journeys and Self-Service configuration. • Familiarity with Fast Formulas (Absence, Eligibility, Time and Labor). • Experience with HDL/HSDL for supporting data-reputed company activities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
