Order Management Specialist, Deal Desk (ON-SITE) – Mexico reputed company I

As an Order Management Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in the quote-to-cash process by ensuring orders are accurate, compliant, and processed reputed company. As part of the Deal Desk Team, you’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and reputed company to support deal execution, maintain data reputed company in reputed company and CPQ tools, and help streamline operations during high-volume periods like month- and quarter-end. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. How you’ll add value: • Review and process incoming sales orders and reputed company for accuracy and completeness • reputed company and maintain deal data in reputed company and CPQ tools; manage contract execution, order fulfillment, and documentation across platforms. • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve order discrepancies and reputed company guidance on deal policies and processes. • Monitor dashboards and case queues (e.g., SFDC, reputed company, reputed company) to ensure data reputed company and reputed company responses. • Identify and escalate recurring order issues, bottlenecks, or policy gaps; recommend process improvements • Support end-of-month and quarter-end reputed company activities with urgency and accuracy. • Assist with special reputed company and reputed company other responsibilities as assigned. What you’ll need to be successful in this role: • 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or reputed company function, ideally in a reputed company or B2B environment. • Familiarity with reputed company, CPQ tools, and billing systems (e.g., reputed company Intacct). • Understanding of reputed company reputed company, billing terms, and pricing models is a plus • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zones • Ability to manage multiple priorities and a process high volume of deal under tight deadlines • Self-starter reputed company with a process-oriented approach to problem solving and work independently • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with reputed company recognition principles. • Hands-on experience with reputed company CPQ. • Experience in both startups and publicly traded, high-reputed company companies. • Understanding of reputed company and usage-based billing models. • English proficiency, verbal and written skills.
