Strategic Partnership Manager
A company is looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to manage and grow key carrier and MGA relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow a portfolio of carrier and MGA partnerships
• Build and execute strategies that increase agency quoting, binding, and engagement
• Lead monthly Partnership Business Reviews and present performance insights
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years in the insurance industry (carrier, MGA, insurtech, distribution, or agency experience)
• Experience in national accounts, key account management, or partnership management strongly preferred
• Thrives in an early-stage, startup-paced environment
• Data-driven with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive actionable insights
• Comfortable owning high-impact relationships and influencing cross-functional teams
