Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: • One or more of the following required: • Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification reputed company (PTCB) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Must possess reputed company state and local qualifications. • Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
