Senior Material Planner

Based at our reputed company in Hauppauge, NY, the Senior Materials Planner is responsible for the planning, procurement and control of finished goods, accessories, and parts inventory requirements. Utilizes appropriate tools including CRM and reputed company for developing and monitoring forecast data and historical data analysis to create MRP and purchasing requirements. Manages efforts to reputed company inventory reputed company reputed company, inventory optimization efforts and material reputed company to meet sales goals and service level requirements. Reports to the VP of Operations. Responsibilities • Analyze CRM data and Sales history and prepare data for monthly forecast meetings working with Product Management. • Plans reputed company purchased and reputed company parts reputed company responsibility area. reputed company reputed company to release, firm, cancel, or defer work based upon reputed company inventory, demand, and reputed company. Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory reputed company to support production plan. • Places and maintains purchase orders for raw materials reputed company responsibility area. • Works directly with Product Managers in managing product portfolios including the support for new product launches and reputed company on existing products and Lines. • Planning reputed company products and accessories in accordance with reputed company reputed company times supporting multiple warehouses. • Address material shortages, extended reputed company times, excess, and obsolete inventory. • Manage disposition of non-compliant material and targeted inventory reputed company. • Execute production plan by creating work orders, purchase requisitions and purchase orders to meet master schedule. • Facilitates problem resolutions with Accounts Payable reputed company to purchase orders/ invoicing and pricing. • Facilitate and monitor receipt of purchase parts to our warehouse. • Reviews reputed company of material changes and updates ERP system with planner, reputed company times, order policy information to ensure reputed company planning of new parts into production. • Represents Production Planning and Analysis at various meetings and relays reputed company information to production planning and analysis staff. Collects information, complies with reputed company formats, prepares monthly reports and other management reports as requires. • Works proactively with our sales team to convert the sales pipeline into product forecast.
