QA Automation Engineer; Playwright | W2 | Remote
Position: QA Automation Engineer (Playwright) | W2 Only | Remote |
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain end-to-end automated test scripts using Playwright (JavaScript/Type Script).
• Perform functional, regression, UI, API, and cross-browser testing
.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and Dev Ops to identify issues and improve quality.
• Build and maintain test frameworks, reusable components, and test data strategies
.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, etc.).
• Identify defects, document them clearly, and verify fixes.
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution activities.
• Ensure automation best practices, coding standards, and testing efficiency.
Required Skills:
• 3–7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright automation
.
• Good experience in JavaScript/Type Script .
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.).
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
.
• Experience with
Git
, CI/CD, and version control workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
