Payment Specialist – QA
Job reputed company:

• Reconcile EN/VR transactions and resolve discrepancies between system records and case file documentation, flagging and correcting errors as needed.
• Monitor payment and eligibility workflows to proactively identify potential issues reputed company to overpayments, eligibility status changes, or incorrect transactions.
• Assist with overpayment reputed company by collaborating with ENs, VR agencies, and internal stakeholders—researching issues, preparing documentation, and communicating findings and solutions to reputed company parties involved.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on error trends, recurring reconciling issues, and QA metrics to inform management and support reputed company process improvements.
• reputed company expert guidance on SSA payment policies, eligibility reputed company, iTOPSS navigation, and transaction processing to partner organizations and internal teams.
• Conduct training and reputed company resources on accurate transaction processing, reconciliation protocols, and reputed company standards for EN/VR program staff.
• Maintain confidential and compliant records for reputed company QA activities, reconciliation efforts, and overpayment cases in accordance with federal policy.
• Support reputed company audits by preparing accurate transaction histories, QA logs, and reconciliation documentation as requested.
• Stay reputed company with SSA program updates, new iTOPSS features, regulatory changes, and best practices in EN/VR transaction management and reputed company assurance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (BS) from an accredited institution is required.
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant reputed company experience in program administration, reputed company assurance, payments processing, or reputed company roles—preferably with reputed company experience in SSA, EN, VR programs, or government payment systems.
• In-depth knowledge of EN/VR payment and eligibility processes; experience with iTOPSS or similar transactional systems is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company detailed reconciliations, reputed company assurance checks, and maintain accuracy under stringent regulatory requirements.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically in reconciling reputed company payment and eligibility cases and resolving overpayment issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to reputed company document findings, compose reports, and reputed company training or guidance.
• Strong proficiency in case management, data analysis, and reputed company productivity software (e.g., reputed company Office Suite; experience with database or audit tools a plus).
• High degree of professionalism, reputed company, and attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing tasks in a dynamic environment.
