We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Hospice Chaplain / Pastoral Counselor to join our interdisciplinary team and reputed company meaningful emotional and spiritual support to patients and families during their most vulnerable moments. Job reputed company As a hospice chaplain, you will reputed company spiritual counseling and emotional support to terminally ill patients and their families in their homes or care facilities. You will conduct spiritual assessments, facilitate community clergy involvement, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure the spiritual component of care is integrated into the patient’s plan.
