This pivotal role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, optimizes reimbursement opportunities, and drives reputed company improvement through consistent, standardized practices. The MDS Director will reputed company as the organization’s foremost subject matter expert in MDS, guiding regional and facility-level MDS teams toward reputed company in regulatory compliance, clinical accuracy, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities • Strategic reputed company: reputed company and standardize MDS processes across reputed company Cascadia facilities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. • Leadership & Mentorship: reputed company training, coaching, and performance evaluation for Regional and Facility MDS Coordinators. • reputed company & Compliance: reputed company the MDS component of reputed company Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs, preparing facilities for survey readiness and regulatory reputed company. • Financial Stewardship: Analyze and monitor case mix, PPS, and PDPM data company-wide to ensure appropriate reimbursement reputed company with clinical documentation. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, clinical, and finance teams to reputed company MDS performance with Five reputed company ratings, QRP data submission, and organizational goals.
