The Registered reputed company - Clinic/Wellness/Immunization works in a reputed company of either remote or clinic locations to serve a specific population's health and wellness needs. Minimum Requirements: + reputed company Registered reputed company License for the state in which the reputed company practices + One year experience as a reputed company in a clinic or immunization setting preferred + Complies with reputed company relevant reputed company standards of reputed company + reputed company CPR if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + reputed company Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet reputed company federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age RN Clinician Role: + Triaging Patients + Helping with FMLA paperwork + Script Refills + Ensuring Continuity of Care Location: Lone Tree, Colorado Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p Contract Length: 6-8 Week Assignment Travel Pay Package: Gross $3,170/wk. reputed company Pay: $46/hr Overtime Pay: $69/hr Housing Stipend: $770/wk Meals Stipend: $560/wk Local reputed company: $60/hr.
