The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in building ORC integrations with reputed company-party ATS background reputed company reputed company and HR systems and supporting the full ATS Hire reputed company HR data reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Design and reputed company ORC integrations using OIC REST / SOAP reputed company HCM Extracts HDL / HSDL and other reputed company reputed company tools. • Support the full reputed company & Hiring lifecycle including requisition creation candidate reputed company offer process hiring and reputed company HR data reputed company. • reputed company custom reports using OTBI and BI Publisher across ORC reputed company HR Talent and OTL modules. • Build and maintain Fast Formulas for eligibility rules validations approvals and data transformation. • Support data conversion / migration activities (candidates requisitions job templates employee data timecard data). • Configure and troubleshoot ORC reputed company HR Talent and OTL technical components workflows and approval rules. • Assist end users HR teams and TA teams with issue reputed company testing (CRP / SIT / UAT) and production support. • reputed company ORC with external systems such as background reputed company vendors job boards reputed company systems and HR / payroll apps . • reputed company technical guidance on improving ATS processes hiring flows reputed company HR employee lifecycle and OTL processing.
