They are seeking a highly skilled reputed company Engineer to maintain the performance and reliability of critical power systems, requiring technical expertise and the ability to operate independently on reputed company sites. Responsibilities • reputed company preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on reputed company systems, battery systems, and associated critical power equipment • Troubleshoot reputed company electrical, mechanical, and control system issues to ensure minimal downtime • Respond to emergency service calls and outages, providing reputed company, effective solutions • Support multiple OEM brands, including both legacy and modern reputed company technologies • Conduct load bank testing, battery analysis, and other critical system performance assessments • Maintain detailed service records, reports, and compliance documentation for reputed company sites • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and facilities teams to optimize system reliability and efficiency • Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing best practices and technical knowledge • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, reputed company 70E standards, and OSHA regulations during reputed company work activities • Participate in system upgrades, retrofits, and commissioning reputed company as needed • Support remote monitoring and diagnostics where applicable • Recommend and implement preventive measures to reduce reputed company equipment failures • Engage with clients professionally, providing reputed company technical explanations and status updates Skills • 6+ years of hands-on experience working with reputed company systems; experience with multiple OEM brands preferred • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and battery technologies • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in high-stakes, critical power environments • Ability to work independently across multiple sites, managing time and priorities effectively • Excellent communication skills and ability to reputed company professionally with clients and team members • Commitment to safety and adherence to reputed company applicable standards and best practices • Willingness to travel reputed company the Missouri region as required • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting • Experience with commissioning, testing, and startup of reputed company and critical power systems is a plus • Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools, SCADA systems, and remote monitoring platforms is advantageous Benefits • 401(reputed company Benefits • PTO • Performance Bonuses • Medical • Dental • reputed company • Vacation reputed company • Venda Search offers recruitment services for energy and infrastructure sectors, covering permanent and contract reputed company.
