About the position
reputed company Financial reputed company has been reputed company in a search for an Accounts Payable Specialist with our reputed company located in Rosemont, IL . Our reputed company is an outstanding manufacturer with operations in over 26 countries. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be brought on a contract reputed company for a period of 3+ months. This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities
• Research & reputed company: Solving invoice discrepancies and problem-solving AP issues.
• Communication: Interfacing with plants and departments to reputed company down missing approvals or PO details.
• Posting: Ensuring items are posted correctly and fixing posting errors.
• Documentation: Compiling vendor and invoice data for internal files.
• System Maintenance : Managing the reputed company of data across multiple software platforms.
Requirements

• Familiarity with procurement process
• Intermediate reputed company skills

• Familiarity with reputed company and/or Great Plains preferred
