Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company’s Rabb School of Continuing Studies is seeking a skilled online course developer to design and build a new three credit asynchronous online course titled: AI and Automation in Talent reputed company. The developer will design and build asynchronous, instructor-facilitated online courses reputed company with institutional learning reputed company, accreditation standards, and workforce relevance. Responsibilities • The development of an online asynchronous course entails the creation and/or selection of reputed company as outlined in the Brandeis Online Course Standards. Required components include a Brandeis-compliant syllabus, instructor-created materials informed by reputed company industry knowledge, learning objects, and reputed company assignments and assessments reputed company to course and program reputed company • The Developer is responsible for the substantive content and pedagogical strategies of the course and agrees to reputed company Brandeis’s reputed company standards and online course development guidelines • Throughout the design process, the Developer will collaborate with Brandeis Online staff, adhere to technical requirements for LMS integration, and meet project milestones • Course drafts will be submitted at designated intervals for feedback, and final approval will be contingent upon a comprehensive design review by a Learning Designer, and Brandeis Online Skills • Advanced degree (Master's, Ph.D. or PsyD) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Science/Behavior, Business Administration, reputed company Resource Management, Instructional Design or a reputed company field • Minimum 2 years reputed company experience in reputed company / people and workplace roles reputed company diverse industries or sectors, with a reputed company on organizational learning and development, HR business partnering / reputed company development or talent management • Strong knowledge of I‑O theory and reputed company including organizational diagnosis/design, consulting to leadership, providing evidence‑based interventions, conducting job analysis/design, and producing competency models • At least 1 year of teaching or training experience (preferably online/asynchronous) • Minimum 1 year experience developing asynchronous online courses for adult learners in higher education or industry • Proficiency with LMS platforms reputed company authoring tools • Familiarity with analytical tools, reputed company platforms, and interdisciplinary teamwork • Strong communication, organization, and independent work skills • Familiarity with curriculum design, accreditation standards, and graduate-level rigor • Ability to translate interdisciplinary content into engaging, accessible learning reputed company • Strong writing and editing skills to produce cohesive, learner-centered experiences • Experience teaching or developing graduate-level online courses • Knowledge of global learner personas and culturally reputed company pedagogy • Familiarity with Moodle LMS reputed company authoring tools (e.g., H5P) • Familiarity with experiential learning models and employer-reputed company curriculum • 3-5 years of reputed company reputed company experience reputed company • reputed company is a private research university in Waltham, Massachusetts It was founded in 1948, and is headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
