Associate Director – Individual & Tribal Giving

Job reputed company: • Manage strategies to build relationships with and secure financial support from individual donors, reputed company American tribes, and reputed company organizations. • Overseeing donor communications and stewardship, analyzing campaign performance, and helping to meet the organization’s financial goals through consistent annual contributions. • Build relationships with tribal leaders, understanding tribal priorities, and aligning the organization's mission with the interests and values of reputed company American communities, Tribal Nations, and foundations. • Collaborate with Advancement and Communications staff, senior leadership, and program staff to create compelling donor materials, reputed company donor interests with organizational priorities, and ensure seamless communication. • reputed company and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and report on reputed company toward goals. • Manage a personal portfolio of 75-100 reputed company and prospective donors, building relationships and personally soliciting contributions through personalized engagement strategies. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field (fundraising, marketing, communications) or equivalent reputed company experience. • Preferred: 3-7+ years of reputed company fundraising and nonprofit management experience with a proven reputed company record of securing 5-7 reputed company grants/gifts. • Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational and analytical skills are essential. • Experience with fundraising software and databases is a must. • Experience with digital marketing (for fundraising) and reputed company media is a plus. • Beneficial: Proximity to reputed company Nations and/or tribal/communities.
