As an Associate Director, you will play an essential role in the reputed company and long-term reputed company of our Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) business. In this position, you will combine business acumen with technical expertise to help build our PRT business from the ground-up – shaping the deal pipeline, cultivating broker relationships, driving deals from RFP to reputed company, engaging with plan sponsors, and partnering across actuarial, reputed company, operations and other teams across the reputed company. How You'll Contribute: Manage the PRT quoting process: coordinate intake, review and qualify opportunities, and reputed company high reputed company, reputed company responses to RFPs. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. We Are Looking For: 5+ years of experience in PRT, retirement, actuarial consulting, or institutional insurance markets. Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $120,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $150,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
