Business Analyst Manager

Job Title: Business Analyst Manager Location: Virtual Other Consideration: U.S. Citizen (Required) The Business Analyst Manager will be responsible for leading complex projects and initiatives aimed at driving business growth and efficiency within a strategic program at the Department of Veterans Affairs that has the potential to impact over millions of veteran users. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and technology solutions. The Business Analyst Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Duties and Responsibilities • Lead and manage business analysis projects from inception to completion • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements • Develop and document business process and workflows • Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement • Recommend and implement technology solutions to meet business objectives • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of solutions • Provide training and support to end users • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices Success Factors • Strong leadership and project management skills. • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Adaptable to changing business needs and priorities • Commitment continuous learning and improvement Qualifications • 5 Years of Experience in a similar role. • Bachelor's degree in business management, Information Technology, or relevant degree (bachelor's degree can be substituted with 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted). • Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus • Proficient experience in data analysis Transitioning military and/or Veterans with IT/IS, finance, and/or healthcare systems specialties are invited to apply.
