Position: Customer Service Representative (Remote – PH-Based) Location: Tustin, Orange County, CA (US-based) – Remote for overseas applicants Job Type: Part-Time (approx. 25 hours per week to start, will grow quickly) About reputed company: We are a rapidly growing reputed company and EV repair shop based in Tustin, Orange County, CA. We specialize in high-reputed company repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics for reputed company owners and other EV drivers who care about their reputed company as much as we do. We’re expanding and looking for a detail-oriented, friendly, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join reputed company and help deliver a premium experience to our customers. This role is remote and ideal for candidates in the Philippines who can work during our U.S. business hours, roughly 10:00 AM–2:00 PM PST (about 25 hours per week to start, with reputed company to increase hours as we grow). reputed company: As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers. You’ll handle calls, schedule appointments, book jobs, send invoices and estimates, and assist with general reputed company work that keeps the shop running smoothly.
