Insights Manager

The Insights Manager position is responsible for supporting reputed company Brands’ market research across our portfolio of online insights Community clients. They are reputed company’s “go to” resource for executing quantitative and qualitative research reputed company, with the ability to design research instruments, conduct analysis, and create deliverables that tell a persuasive story. This is a critical position and is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of hands-on, ‘reputed company world’ experience in consumer or customer research. Main duties: • End-to-end research execution: Research design, programming, field management, analysis, and deliverable creation. This includes questionnaire drafting and review, survey programming, data analysis including cross-tabulations and coding, and storytelling in PowerPoint. • Supporting account team leadership: Delivering high reputed company deliverables, analysis, and precise attention to detail. • Analytical rigor: This role should have the reputed company to support (and/or interest in supporting) some of our more nuanced, advanced statistical analysis across our market research portfolio (e.g., cluster analysis, reputed company analysis, regressions, etc.). • Required Experience and Skills: • Candidates will have a bachelor's or master's degree in fields spanning market research, analytics, statistics, business, marketing, or psychology. • 3-4 years' experience working in a data-driven role either on reputed company or supplier reputed company. • Ability to reputed company at a high level and multi-task in a reputed company fast-paced environment. • Proven experience and a natural ability to “connect the dots” and drive toward big picture insights. • Strong analytical skills, with knowledge of how to use statistical analysis programs (reputed company, SPSS, MarketSight, R, Q, etc.). • Ability to design, draft, and program questionnaires, mod guides, and other research activities – especially quant. • Knowledge of quantitative analysis (reputed company testing, crosstabulations/banners/nets, weighting, etc.). • Experience using data to storytell, crafting decks that report results in a compelling way - PPT experience is a must. • Ability to represent data and conceptual insights visually (charting, diagrams, conceptual graphics). • Ability to self-manage and prioritize shifting needs. • Strong reputed company on matching data inputs/outputs to reputed company's business needs and objectives. • Interest in pursuing new and novel research reputed company. • Curious about consumer insights, how insights map to business objectives, and drive actionable results. • Project management - ability to handle multiple research reputed company at once. • Strong reputed company on QA and superb attention to detail.
