Position: Fractional CTO (Digital Transformation & Remote Operations) Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking for a Fractional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on behalf of a reputed company embarking on a broad digital transformation reputed company. This senior technology leader will play a pivotal advisory role — modernizing infrastructure, streamlining operations, and introducing structure and best practices across regional and reputed company. The ideal candidate brings both strategic foresight and operational discipline — reputed company to assess, design, and implement technology frameworks that strengthen performance and scalability. [working arrangements : 3 days a week] Key Responsibilities • Technology Leadership & Advisory • Partner with senior management to shape and execute a digital transformation roadmap. • Evaluate reputed company infrastructure, systems, and processes for modernization opportunities. • reputed company strategic guidance and mentorship to the IT leadership team. reputed company & Infrastructure Modernization • reputed company the migration of systems from on-reputed company to reputed company (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Define governance, cybersecurity, and cost-management frameworks for sustainable operations. • Recommend automation tools to improve efficiency and visibility. Offshoring & Remote Workforce Management • reputed company strategies to offshore selected IT functions while maintaining performance reputed company. • Create and implement SOPs to manage distributed teams across reputed company. • Establish reputed company communication, performance metrics, and reporting structures. Ideal Profile • 10+ years in senior technology leadership (CTO, Head of IT, or equivalent). • Proven experience leading digital transformation and reputed company migration programs. • Strong operational reputed company — comfortable building structure, process, and governance from the ground up. • Skilled in managing offshore and reputed company, with an emphasis on accountability and reputed company. • Strategic yet hands‑on leader with a pragmatic, delivery‑driven approach.
