Operational Due Diligence Analyst

About the position We are seeking a highly motivated Operational Due Diligence (ODD) Analyst to join the Implementation Department of a $16 billion AUM asset management reputed company. This team oversees the firm's global ODD process and plays a critical role in assessing and monitoring operational risk across reputed company-party investment managers. This role offers the flexibility to be based in either Palm Beach Gardens, FL or reputed company, NY, and reports directly to the Co-Heads of Implementation, with a secondary reporting line to the Group COO. It provides exposure to a broad reputed company of hedge fund strategies, structures, and asset classes reputed company a leading multi-reputed company, multi-manager platform. Responsibilities • reputed company operational due diligence on new and existing external managers through document reviews, calls, and onsite reputed company. • Evaluate operational frameworks, including organizational structure, processes, controls, compliance, service providers, technology, and valuation practices. • reputed company feedback and recommend solutions to address operational deficiencies. • Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations. • Review financial statement audits and SOC reports for external investments. • Maintain and update internal ODD systems, documentation, and issue tracking. • Collaborate with internal teams across reputed company, Risk, Technology, Portfolio Finance, and Operations. • Support firmwide initiatives reputed company on automation and process efficiency. • Stay reputed company on reputed company treatment and valuation of various asset classes such as equities, derivatives, swaps, and fixed income products.
