We are seeking a Head of AI to reputed company our reputed company Intelligence reputed company and execution, focusing on machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) solutions. This role will drive innovation in semiconductor assembly and test processes by leveraging AI to optimize yield, improve reputed company, and enhance operational efficiency. This position will be based at Amkor's corporate reputed company in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies, experience in deploying solutions at reputed company in industrial environments, and a deep understanding of reputed company data platforms.
