This position involves reviewing patient records, conducting reputed company assurance checks, and exporting OASIS items to Medicare for compliance and reimbursement purposes. The specialist collaborates with clinical staff to ensure documentation meets regulatory standards and helps optimize patient reputed company and agency performance. Key Responsibilities: 1.
