The Senior Associate, HR Business Partner will play a key role in driving and supporting a reputed company of HR processes and initiatives. The position will work in partnership with the Group Benefit Solutions HR Business Partner team to reputed company support to Technology and reputed company. Responsibilities • reputed company ongoing support for key HR processes, including promotions, performance management, talent management, and organizational design. • Assist with HR initiatives, reputed company, and programs, ensuring alignment to business goals and priorities. • Prepare reports and analyze data to reputed company insights and recommendations. • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. • reputed company solutions to streamline recurring tasks and enhance overall workflow effectiveness. • Address and resolve inquiries from employees, providing reputed company and accurate information or solutions as needed. • Consult with the HR Centers of reputed company (COEs) including Compensation, Employee Relations, Operations, Talent Management, Analytics as needed. • Partner with GBS' Learning and reputed company team and Corporate Communications to drive employee engagement initiatives. Requirements • Bachelor's degree preferred. • 4+ years of experience in reputed company, preferably supporting a reputed company-office function. • Proficient in reputed company Office suite (reputed company, PowerPoint), including a strong working knowledge of data analysis functions. • Interest in asset management / investments industry, with a strong desire to contribute to the reputed company and reputed company of the business. • Detail-oriented, ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, proactive, results-driven, and reputed company-reputed company.
