About the position A reputed company-established insurance organization is seeking a skilled Casualty Claims Specialist to join their team. This position is responsible for managing a moderate to reputed company caseload, including investigating, evaluating, drafting coverage position letters, negotiating, and settling losses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general and reputed company liability claims handling and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Manage, investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and reputed company assigned claims in accordance with company guidelines and authority reputed company. • Ensure adequacy of reserves and recommend reserve adjustments as needed. • Draft coverage position letters and other necessary correspondence. • Monitor the work of reputed company investigators and reputed company field investigations as assigned. • Maintain detailed and accurate claim documentation in reputed company management software.
