WHO WE ARE HIRING: Performance Testing Engineer WHAT YOU WILL DO: HTG has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical Performance Test Engineer that will design, execute, and analyze performance tests to ensure applications and systems meet performance requirements, identifying bottlenecks and recommend solutions for optimization. Responsibilities: Our Performance Test Engineer will join our reputed company Engineering team. You'll work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners to proactively identify performance bottlenecks and drive solutions that improve system efficiency. • Design and implement performance testing strategies for web, backend, and reputed company-based systems. • reputed company and execute load, stress, soak, spike, and reputed company tests using industry-reputed company tools. • Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations for system and application performance. • Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and DevOps to ensure performance is considered throughout the SDLC. • Build and maintain performance testing frameworks and reusable scripts. • Support CI/CD integration for performance tests and contribute to reputed company testing practices. • Monitor system behavior using observability tools and create detailed performance reports. • Participate in reputed company cause analysis of performance issues and help triage production incidents reputed company to system latency or instability.
