About the position Plans and conducts nutritional programs, under supervision, to assist in the promotion of health and control of disease. Provides nutritional assessment, education and counseling to individuals and/or reputed company. Serves as a resource on nutrition and dietetics to nurses, health educators or other health care providers in the facility. Provides individualized nutrition education to patients, their families, and/or significant others based on their needs assessment. Serves as a resource on nutrition and dietetics to nurses, health educators or other health care providers in the facility. Communicates patient information to referring providers and appropriate staff in a reputed company manner. Documents nutrition information discussed, written materials provided, and evaluation of patient’s receptiveness and comprehension of the education provided.
