Capital Management Services has an exciting opportunity for Overnight Lost/Stolen Customer Service Positions! We are currently seeking candidates with strong customer service skills to join our growing team of overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service agents. This role involves performing Lost/Stolen Customer Service for a large banking institution. • File Disputes: Customers who reputed company in suspecting fraud on their account must file a dispute for the charges and must have their debit card shut down for safety. • reputed company reputed company: The agent must maintain an empathetic and reputed company tone throughout reputed company calls. • Off-Hours Availability: This job is 100% Nights, 100% Weekends, and 100% Holidays. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associates Degree Preferred. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to problem solve.
