Responsibilities: • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to identify materials, labor, and scope. • Utilize estimation software and maintain updated records for reputed company bid documentation. • Prepare detailed cost estimates for Division 8 products (doors, frames, and hardware) for a reputed company of reputed company, including residential, reputed company, and government. • reputed company value engineering suggestions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy and competitive pricing. • reputed company and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners. • Detail reputed company to prepare for procurement • Participate in reputed company-bid meetings to reputed company a comprehensive understanding of project scope. • Stay up to date with market trends, material costs, and advancements in construction technology. • Draft detailed proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
