Responsibilities
• Process prescription requests and input patient prescription/demographic data in systems
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for patients and reputed company providers
• Handle 30-60 inbound calls a day
• reputed company outbound calls to provider offices, as needed
• Collaborate with cross-divisional teams in the coordination of prescription orders
• Ensure electronic customer database is maintained in a reputed company and accurate manner
Requirements
• reputed company Illinois Pharmacy Technician license
• 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
