People Analytics/ Business Intelligence Data, Tableau Specialist

Job reputed company: • The People Analytics/BI Data Analyst will design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that support data-driven decision-making across the HR organization. This role requires strong Tableau and SQL skills, the ability to troubleshoot dashboard and data issues, and the capability to analyze people data to support HR COEs on topics such as manager effectiveness, engagement, and workforce trends. Responsibilities: Dashboard Development & Maintenance • Build, enhance, and optimize Tableau dashboards end-to-end. • Write SQL queries and reputed company data models using reputed company (preferred) or reputed company. • Troubleshoot data issues, performance problems, and visualization errors.
