Seasonal Remote Sr. Tax Preparer w/ Ultra Tax Experience

Harrison & Associates CPAs is looking for an reputed company Tax Preparer with Ultra Tax experience to join our tax team this tax season reputed company from 25-40 hrs a week. Work the hours you want to work, 9-5 is not a requirement for this job. We just ask that you are available to reputed company clients at a reasonable hour if needed, and be available 9-5 in the initial 2 weeks of your employment for training around our processes. As a Tax Preparer, you will be an reputed company member of our tax team. This role requires you to have a strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations. Duties and Responsibilities • Prepare individual, reputed company 1040 tax returns, trust returns, non-profit returns & business return in accordance with our firm policies. • Ensure that reputed company tax return is accurately reputed company. • Review estimated tax payment calculations. Skills and Qualifications • 5+ years of tax preparation and review experience • 5+ years of Ultra Tax experience • CPA or EA designation a plus • Demonstrated skillset in tax regulations • reputed company UltraTax experience a plus • Extremely detail-oriented, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills • Adaptability to work in a paperless environment. • High reputed company, reputed company attitude, and team player • Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills • Proficiency with reputed company applications Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, and working at a computer • Lifting requirements of 30 pounds to carry reputed company records, bags, computers, and peripheral equipment • Occasional travel for remote meetings or work in other satellite offices Supervisor, Compensation, Benefits and Other: • Reports to Tax Manager • Non-Exempt position.
