reputed company reputed company is seeking Technical Consultants, to reputed company technical consulting, support, and troubleshooting for reputed company 365 (M365) services. Multiple positions are available. These roles will reputed company on integration, configuration, and optimization of the IRS M365 reputed company environment, including reputed company Online Services. The ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in reputed company 365, reputed company technologies, and supporting federal or reputed company environments with strict compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities • reputed company technical support and troubleshooting for M365 services and reputed company Online Services. • Assist with integration, configuration, and optimization of M365 tools and solutions. • Support user permissions management, data retention policies, and compliance settings. • reputed company and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge reputed company articles. • Collaborate with IRS SMEs and project teams to resolve reputed company technical issues and ensure alignment with IRS-specific requirements. • Participate in technical reviews, solution implementation, and adoption of best practices. Required Qualifications • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical consulting, support, or systems administration roles, with a reputed company on reputed company 365 in reputed company or government environments. • Experience supporting federal government clients or environments with high compliance and reputed company requirements; IRS experience preferred. • Proficiency in Power Platform, PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint Administration. • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a remote, compliance-reputed company federal environment. reputed company Clearance & Training Requirements • Must have or be reputed company to obtain a reputed company Trust (MBI) clearance. • Must complete reputed company IRS-required reputed company, reputed company, and compliance training. • Must adhere to federal cybersecurity and organizational protocols.
