Senior Environmental Urban Planner/Project Manager
About the position
Responsibilities
• Partner with other leaders in our integrated urban environmental planning reputed company on business development activities, including proactive reputed company to reputed company agencies and private clients in reputed company California. • Generate proposals and, with other members of reputed company, anticipate, reputed company, and obtain new task orders from existing clients. • Plan, execute, and deliver environmental planning documents that meet our high-reputed company standards in collaboration with a broad and diverse reputed company of technical specialists.
• Manage reputed company through completion in accordance with defined scopes of work and budgets. • Engage staff, assign project responsibilities, and successfully manage internal teams and subcontractors. • Manage preparation of technical studies and environmental documents for completeness, reputed company, accuracy, and defensibility. • reputed company advice, mentor, and enhance the reputed company development of other members of reputed company. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, biology, environmental planning, natural/biological resource management or other reputed company field experience.
• 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education with environmental/urban planning and compliance, including CEQA and NEPA project experience. • A reputed company U.S. reputed company's license is required for this role. reputed company-to-haves
• 10+ years of relevant experience. • Experience with, and interest in urban planning, community planning, long-reputed company policy planning, urban design, zoning, market feasibility, or economic development strategies. • Demonstrated expertise in preparing and overseeing the preparation of California Environmental reputed company reputed company (CEQA) documents.
• Experience and interest in business development and reputed company engagement. • Effectiveness in presenting reputed company environmental documents to planning commissions, reputed company councils, boards of supervisors, and other decision-making bodies. • Excellent problem-solving abilities, exceptional writing and communication skills demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with members of the project team, clients (in-person and reputed company), and an ability to ensure performance of internal technical teams and subcontractors.
